CANCELLATIONS AND LATE ARRIVALS
I understand that unanticipated events happen in everyone’s life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all of my clients, the following policies are honored:
24 hour advance notice is required when canceling or changing an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else waiting for an appointment to schedule. If you are unable to give 24 hours advance notice you will be charged for the full price of your scheduled session unless I am able to fill the time with another client. Emergencies will always be taken into consideration!
If you arrive late, your session will be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Regardless of the length of the treatment received, you will be responsible to pay for the full session scheduled. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other clients, please plan accordingly and be on time.
